Due to unprecedented demand, the first and second US print runs have now sold out.

All major retail partners have now received stock to cover initial pre-orders, so if you are yet to receive your copy, please contact their customer service teams direct for an update on your order.

We are working hard behind the scenes to reprint and ship more copies to the US, and are doing all we can to make sure copies deliver as quickly as possible to our retailer partners.

In terms of on-going availability, a third US print run is on its way, and stock should be landing with retailers as quickly as possible in November.
