Yoga With Adriene

Adriene Mishler is one of the most popular yoga teachers on YouTube; her most watched video is 20 minutes on ‘Yoga for Complete Beginners’. She offers lots of different specialised classes, like ‘Yoga For Anxiety’ and ‘Yoga For Runners’.

Shona Vertue’s School of Yoga

As well as the many helpful videos on Shona’s Instagram and Facebook pages, she’s teamed up with Byrdie to film a series of videos on how to fix common yoga postures in under two minutes.

Cosmic Kids Yoga

Used in homes and schools internationally, the videos on this Youtube channel are made for kids – with a focus on yoga, mindfulness, stories and relaxation. There’s an interactive adventure element that helps keep children interested whilst they build strength balance and confidence.
