Fat Burner Smoothie

Matcha green tea is not only packed with antioxidants but has been shown to help boost metabolism and weight loss. This thick shake is a great pick-me-up for a breakfast or before a workout. Using frozen banana and watermelon give this smoothie a deliciously thick, creamy texture. You don’t have to buy a whole watermelon for this; simply buy little tubs of chopped prepared watermelon and freeze in advance. This is a very thick, almost pudding-like smoothie that is delicious eaten with a spoon. If you can’t find matcha green tea powder, soak a couple of green tea bags in a little hot water overnight then add the liquid to the smoothie.
